Canyon, TX 3-17-09

Happy St. Patrick's day to all you Irishman. This morning we drove into Canyon to visit "The Panhandle-Planes Historical Museum". It is a history of the Panhandle Plains, including the ranching, oil history and pre historic periods of the this area of land.

We then traveled to Feldman's Wrong Way Diner for lunch. After lunch we went to the "Cadillac Ranch" on I-40. This ranch is just 10 1950's Cadillac's buried upside down in the dirt.

You are allowed to spray paint on the cars..we did not have any paint unfortunately.

Returned home for supper and then back out to the canyon for sunset pictures.
