We arrived in "Timberland" about 3:30 pm. We are in a pull thru and are here two nights. Today we expect to tour the "White Mountains" and will have pictures.

Today it's raining! The third day in a row. We loaded up the dogs and drove to Acadia National Park, we wanted to see the view from the top of "Cadillac Mountain". The clouds were low again. Today the Islands were visible.

Acadia National Park

Thursday June 17 we left Monson, MA and moved to Bar Harbor, ME and Acadia National Park. We arrived about 5 pm and are camped in "Bar Harbor Campground". This campground doesn't take reservations and you pick your campsite. Acadia National Park is located on Mount Desert Island.
Today we toured the park in the car, going up on Cadillac Mountain, but the rain hindered the view. We will have to go again when the rain stops. We did get a few pictures of the park.

June 7 Sunday

Today we finished up the Oil Pan job. The problem was an exhaust gasket. We are now back to normal! What we thought was an oil seal turned out to be a leak at the oil pan under the front seal. The job was messy but now is complete.
Has been years since I have worked under a car, I don't miss it.
While here we also have readjusted the "Stuff" we Cary.

Planning is now to travel to Maine on Sunday the 14th of June. We are going to the Bar Harbor area. Hope to spend a week then head West to NH and VT.
Till later!
