Each morning and evening, we have visitors at our campsite here. They usually show up about 8 am and 6 pm. That gives us lazy campers time to get up and have the camera ready.
Friday, Sylvia and I drove to the City to look at Mustang Island and a possible campsite. The Veterans Memorial Highway .
We looked at a possible campsite in Laguna Shore Resort, They are full now but that can change by the time we leave the State Park. This plane was in the beach area.
This industrial area is on the way to "Mustang Island".
The campsites here are water and Electric and they have a dump station. This could be good for a couple of nights. This is just off the beach.
This bird seened to have only one leg, as it hopped on one leg. After we had the pictures it lowered the other leg and ran along the surf.

Saturday morning this "Road Runner" stopped by to amuse us. It put on a show.

While driving around the park, Glenn drove by this Doe standing just off the road. When he stopped the car, the Deer came out to watch us.
This is the boat ramp. The water is about 6 inches deep. They sure could use rain.

We stayed at Mustang Island SP last January, and really enjoyed it. Not sure if we will visit that area this time. We will be in Texas next month.
