Custer Battleground, Crow Agency

Today we visited the "Little Bighorn Battlefield" located on the Crow Agency just south of Hardin, MT.
From Drop Box

The visitor center is near "Last Stand Hill". The Ranger giving the "Battle Talk" was very knowledgeable and a good speaker. Respect was given to the Veterans that fought there on both sides. The fact is that the Indians won with overwhelming numbers.
Did Reno bring about the defeat by not attacking the village? He also could have been wiped out that day.
From Drop Box

The estimate of Indians is 2500 Warriors plus women and children.
From Drop Box

This was a very good visit and we enjoyed the change in terrain.
